Living a creative-filled life is easier than ever with the Yucandu Open Studio. You can stop by Yucandu any time and work on a project of your choosing, learn something new, or simply start creating! We personally love it when people just drop by to either start something new or put finishing touches on a project they’ve been working on for a while. Some people come by right after to work to let off some steam; others make it a weekend treat for themselves. It’s such a great feeling to watch our customers explore their creativity at their own pace. This is the beauty of Open Studio: you can make it whatever you’d like it to be. No pressure and no fuss.
With our artist-quality tools, wide array of colorful mixed media and inspiring studio space, you can start from scratch and let your imagination run wild by making something completely one-of-a-kind. Or you can choose from the many types of projects we have available, including:

Open Studio Details
We have so many materials that are just waiting for your artistic hand to bring them to life, including boxes, frames, canvases, paper-maché animals, wood plaques, stepping stones, jewelry, books, and much more. For a small studio fee, you can use our studio to your heart’s content, no appointment necessary! Plus, if you don’t finish your project in one session, we’ll happily store it at our studio so you can come by later to work on it. And we’ll even handle the clean-up!
- Project prices range from $15 to $150 per project.
- Studio fees are $4/hour or $12/day.
