Private Party Policies
To Book Your Party:
A non-refundable deposit (which covers your first 8 guests) must be made to reserve your date and time.
Your balance and final head count is due 4 days before your party date.
The guest of honor chooses the projects for everyone. The project choice, which is subject to inventory, is needed between time of deposit and final head count payment.
Cancellations:
All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for parties missed due to illness, personal conflict or other reasons.
If you have an absent guest, you may sit in for them OR you may receive a “Party Voucher” to use another day within the year.
That party voucher is good for ANY available party project in the same medium as your party level (IE mosaic, collage or paint). An hourly $5 per hour studio fee will apply. You may give this voucher to anyone you choose or use it yourself.
A take-home kit of your party project is another option.
Additional Policies:
Yucandu does not allow pets or firearms in the building.
Please limit parent attendance to family members. There isn’t space for extra grown-ups.
Yucandu cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Guests should not wear clothing that cannot be damaged by art supplies. All guests will be encouraged to wear aprons or paint shirts.
Yucandu reserves the right to refuse disruptive or bullying guests; no refunds will be issued.
