Private Workshop: Strauss

This is a private, by invitation only, mosaic workshop for Bettina Strauss’ Wear & Give Ministry.

You will mosaic a 12” silver-plate tray with a Madonna design, spending a wonderful night creating a beautiful mosaic of art that will reflect Mary’s grace and compassion. These finished mosaic platters symbolize community, devotion and faith, brought together through art.

The workshop is 2.5 hours where you will cut glass and tile, and create and glue your design. If you don’t finish designing and gluing during the workshop, the open studio is available to you to work at your own pace for as many visits as you need. There is a studio fee of $5 per hour for this extra time, set up and clean up.

A return visit to grout your finished mosaic tray is included in the workshop fee. Grouting will take about 1.5 hours. Take home grout kits are available upon request.

All sales are final. If you miss the workshop, you are welcome to use the open studio to make your mosaic. Studio fees will apply.
