Diane Katzman Designs

Team meeting at Yucandu.  They chose “Clay Faces” for a fun, whimsical project.  Each person created a self-portrait using our artist-quality, air-dry terracotta clay and professional clay tools.  Afterwards, they took their painted, sealed and framed clay faces back to their studio to “bedazzle” with their huge assortment of gems and jewelry before hanging them in their studio.

Essence Healthcare

Two-part corporate event, first part on-site at Yucandu.  They invited their staff and families to Yucandu to make Gelli Mono-prints, where each guest took home their favorite print, matted.  The remaining prints were used in creating a book that Essence then published to commemorate their 10 year anniversary.  Second, they hired Yucandu to do the same Gelli Mono-print activity at the Missouri Botanical Garden as part of their celebration.  Kids, adults and seniors enjoyed creating their own artworks at the garden, which were also professionally matted and sealed.  Yucandu helped Essence throughout the creative process of their event and truly enjoyed being a part of their wonderful celebration.
