Pre-K Workshops & Art Club. Ages 4 & 5

We gave Pre-K a small shot this fall and the feedback was that Wednesdays are not the best day.  So, stay tuned because we hope to try it on Fridays after the holidays.  Please send any other feedback to [email protected].

Pre-K drop off workshops & art club! Ages 4 & 5

We will be focusing on the doing so that they in turn, LOVE their finished product.  Their completed projects will capture their abilities in this moment in time.  What could make a more precious artwork than that?  We want our pre-k’s to feel confident creating independently, so these are drop off classes.

We will teach, encourage and have fun while making their art, but rest assured, we will not be altering or doing their projects for them.  We will get messy!  And our paint does not come out of clothing easily, so please dress to paint.

Class size will be kept to 8 max.

Mosaic Workshops, ages 4 & 5
They will first paint the wooden bases, which they LOVE to do!  Then we allow them to choose their favorite tiles & gems from a huge buffet in a rainbow of colors.  We have a special no-grout adhesive that needs to bake in our oven for a bit, which will allows time for free draw, clay play or art games.  $40*

Art Club Pre-K, ages 4 & 5
Art Club Pre-K kids will experience a variety projects and a wonderful range of amazing artist-quality materials. Pastels, paint, clay and more.  Four consecutive sessions encourage friendships, layered projects, and an open-ended schedule for young artistic minds.  $95*

*All sales final.  Missed days cannot be made up, even if you know you will miss ahead of time.  If project appropriate, take home kits can be made upon request. As always, kits are also welcome to make at Yucandu for $5 hourly studio fee.
